"Farm to cup" is a term used in the coffee industry to describe the direct relationship between the coffee farmer and the end consumer. It refers to a supply chain model where the coffee is grown, processed, and directly offered to the consumer without intermediates.

How do we do it?

Farm

We source and produce specialty coffee in small farms in the Mantiqueira de Minas region.

Certification

We process and send selected btaches to the Mantiqueira de Minas association for cupping and scoring.

Export

We process the coffee bags in Minas Gerais and get them ready for the trip to Boston.

Roast

Our beans are expertly roasted to order and shipped from Upton, Massachusetts, United States.
