Storage and Processing
We store our beans in a large warehouse with temperature and humidity control.
The warehouse is administered by COCARIVE, a sizeable local coop, certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, ANVISA, Mantiqueira de Minas (IP) and registered with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Our coffees are travelling!
